Please read the following terms carefully before booking a reading, session, course, or event. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

Responsibilities

By engaging in services offered by Ponte d’Amore LLC, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, as well as for any decisions, actions, or outcomes that may arise as a result of your participation.

You agree that Ponte d’Amore LLC is not liable for any outcomes—direct or indirect—resulting from your use of the services, including any action or inaction on your part.

Please note:

  • These services are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or professional mental health care.

  • The services do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition.

  • No financial, legal, or medical advice is provided through these services.

You are encouraged to seek support from licensed professionals when appropriate.

Cancellation Policy

Tricia understands that life can be unpredictable, and she is committed to being as flexible and accommodating as possible—while also honoring the time, energy, and intention she brings to each session, event, or course.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule once at no additional charge, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. However, at Tricia’s discretion, a one-time rescheduling option may be offered, subject to availability and a 25% rescheduling fee.

  • No-shows (appointments missed without prior notice) are considered non-refundable, and rescheduling will not be offered.

  • In exceptional or emergency situations, Tricia may choose to waive or adjust the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis.

If Tricia needs to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost, based on availability. Tricia will always make every effort to notify you as far in advance as possible.

Refund Policy

Tricia’s work—whether through private sessions, events, or courses—is grounded in integrity, empathy, and a genuine desire to foster meaningful connections. While specific outcomes or connections with certain spirits cannot be guaranteed, Tricia approaches every experience with the highest ethical standards and heartfelt intention.

If you feel that your session or experience did not reflect these values of clear communication, ethical practice, and compassionate connection, you are encouraged to reach out within 48 hours of your session or event.

Tricia welcomes your feedback and will work with you to find a resolution that honors your experience. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • A follow-up conversation

  • Partial credit toward a future session or event

  • A full refund

  • Or another mutually agreeable solution
